Delete Your TeamTipOut Account

You can delete your TeamTipOut account at any time directly from the app. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the TeamTipOut app
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Read the confirmation prompt and tap Delete Account to confirm

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile (email, display name)
• Shift logs and work history
• Tip calculations and tipout results
• Team memberships and invitations
• Restaurants you created (including all associated team and shift data)
• Crew memberships
• Personal tip logs and earnings data
• Push notification tokens and notification preferences
• Your authentication record

Data Retention

Account deletion is permanent and immediate. All associated data is removed from our systems upon deletion. We do not retain your data after your account is deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a Pro or Restaurant subscription, you must cancel it separately:

• Apple App Store: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find TeamTipOut, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: Go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, find TeamTipOut, and tap Cancel.

If you do not cancel your subscription before deleting your account, you may continue to be charged by Apple or Google until you cancel through their platform.
