Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
• RevenueCat (subscription and in-app purchase management)
• Sentry (error tracking and crash reporting)
• Apple Sign-In (optional authentication provider)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, shift logs, tip calculations, team memberships, and restaurant data) is permanently removed from our systems.

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data by contacting us
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for data processing

Children's Privacy

TeamTipOut is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
