Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TeamTipOut mobile application ("Service") operated by TeamTipOut ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamTipOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

TeamTipOut is a tip calculation and distribution tool designed for restaurant and hospitality workers. The Service allows users to log shifts, calculate tipout amounts based on configurable models, manage teams, and track tip distribution history.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another user or person
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and remains the exclusive property of TeamTipOut. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of TeamTipOut require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

TeamTipOut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall TeamTipOut be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. TeamTipOut is a calculation tool and does not provide financial or legal advice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
